Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have below problems: 1) Tongue sticks upper palate --> it irritates me whole day and creates trouble while speaking 2) Find sticky and thick saliva both left and right in the mouth 3) Find difficulty in opening the mouth and speaking properly These problems are really making my life very difficult , Please help me out and let me know which specialist to meet to understand my salivary problems .
