I have severe tooth ache with bleeding since yesterday morning whenever I brush my teeth.I will be visiting a doctor in evening today till that time what can be done to prevent or you can say subside or reduce this pain for a couple of hours because I have an exam today. Any medicine or remedy will be happily accepted

I had a cyst in my left submandibular salivary gland which I had to operate. The operation took place in Calcutta Medical Research Institute on 17.04.17 and Anupam Golash was the surgeon. The operation was successful. And the cyst was benign and non-malignant. The biopsy report was clear too. I was inder medication for almost 3 weeks after the operation and couldn't eat or talk properly since there was an intraoral incision under the tongue. Now I am almost fit, having normal diet and can almost talk normally. Hereby, stating all my details, I have a vital question now to you... From when I will be able to smoke and drink alcohol? I am not an addict. I don't smoke daily or regularly ... Like 4-5 in a week. Or during special occasions it can become 4-5 in a day too! It depends. I am a also not an alcohol addict. I drink rarely, like once in 3 months. Now, I just need to know from when actually I can smoke and drink. Won't it affect me in anyway? I couldn't ask this to my doctor.
