You need to visit to see the extent of the fracture/ the level it has been broken. Depending upon that the treatment would be planned. As you are saying that the tooth portion has also come out with the crown so after X Ray evaluation the diagnosis can be made.

Visit the dentist and don't delay it because anyways now the tooth is brittle and will be prone to more fracture as its covering is lost.
