Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been with a swollen gum for 4 days I have been in the hospital but they have send me back home witout any consultation I just need the prescription for the antibiotic because I'm from Portugal and in the 1 week of June in going home and I'm going to the dentist aswell.

Last one year inwards , my wife suffering from mouth Ulser and done various taste but no result..consulted with 2-3 doctors too. But , no improvement

Teeth looks yellow and there is deposition of white chalk-like substance in between the teeth. It looks dirty.

I have lip getting dry problem. My lips are black and have dark spots on them. There is cracking in the corners of the mouth. when i stop using my lip balm lips become dry and i am not even able to open my mouth. I consulted so many skin doctors but they always prescribe steroid creams without finding the underlying cause. how can i find the underlying cause. (FYI. I have done patch test with a skin doctor and i dont have any allergy . I dont smoke )
