Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello sorry im not good at english my probel is some how serious for me because it has a lot of effect on my mental,since i remember my nose and mouth have bad smells which i cant have any relations and im totally alone im not confident plz help me i tried a lot of doctors in iran(my country) but all of them told me that i dont have any problem

As i explained what should i do to Whitening of my teeths. So because of eating pan masala my tooth becomes reddish so what should i do in this case
