Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hi,i am arun.29 . i was hitting door and broken upper 2 front teeth & tret composite filling.after that root canal tretment is done.

I lost my tooth 3 month before and since my gum is bleeding from where i lost teeth. Also bleed from one teeth wich have cavity and gums from where bleeding is tuned litle black. As bleeding is prolonged since 3 month, i have bad mouth smell issue.

White patch in my mouth which is not going out for more than a year.. Different doctor said different words.. Confused

My teeths have gap in between them.Basically two teeths of upper jaw has this gap .I would like to fix this gap somehow .

I have a deep cavity and suffering from tooth ache . Need temorary relief as it is sunday and there are no clinics open near me

My left side lower wisdom teeth had come half out...half is inside the gums...this was condition Fr many months..bt since yesterday there is pain in the gums...the pain intensity is very high

A child of age 13 yrs loses his deciduous teeth he got the permanent teeth but prblm is he again losing his permanent teeth..??

Blackish happening inside mouth (just opposite to cheeks) and it is reaching to lips corner now. I consulted ent specialist but he said it might be due to some infection and given some tablets. But its not curing and It has been like that for a long time about 3-4 months... Could you suggest which doctor (specialist) i need to consult for this.
