Tooth and Mouth Problems

My daughter has the habit of putting finger in mouth before sleeping everytime. and licking. What we observed is that she will get sleeping only after putting finger in mouth and licking, she is addicted more of this psychological feeling that putting finger will give sleep and we tried to avoid this but she is stubborn to accept removing finger in mouth. During day time she won't put finger in mouth but only during sleeping. We have tried most of the options to avoid and worried a lot of this addiction and her teeth is will loose the beauty. Please suggest for any process to make her avoid putting finger in mouth.

Sir, I have an extra growth on lateral surface of the tongue since 6 months and pain persists on pressing the growth. Please suggest the remedy.

I have consult doctor for rearrangement of teeth,they said that two teeth are to be removed to create space .after that they will do wiring for rearrangement. My doubt is that will removal of healthy teeth effect on eye site.
