I have an ulcer on my mouth and behind the lips for at least a week. It disables me from drinking, eating or speaking. For some reasons I always keep getting ulcers. I don't even know why.

See a dentist for a better clinical insight. If it is repeating in the same area, mention it to the dentist. If not start a course of multivitamin Fir about 15 days. But this is not a definitive treatment. You need to visit a dentist for that.
