Tooth and Mouth Problems

I just started getting a greenish line on the base of my front teeth. It happened out of nowhere. I have never had any history of such a thing. How can I treat it at home?

I have difficulty swallowing for four days now. Upon inspection of my mouth, I saw two large white spots on only one tonsil. I had a headache just a while ago but I was thinking that it may be because I'm on my period. But could it and the white spots be a symptom of strep? I've checked for the other symptoms of strep and I think I'm clear of them

I am not able to eat from the right-side off the mouth...It gives the feeling of the entire top right side of my mouth has either gone num or swollen but that's not the case...I have not even gone any surgery in the recent past.

Bleeding was there after removal of cotton. We put the tea bag there. She had her pain killer but she has a lot of pain in opening her mouth. When and how should take ice cream or cold juice ? Any other suggestions
