My friend, It's like asking what are the charges of a room in a hotel? Hotel rooms can be from 500 - 10000, no? No one can answer that without complete details :) Please visit a dentist, let him make x-rays and ask charges.

Rates would depend on the clinician. Impacted molars that are tilted take quite a time to come out upon that the equipment used is quite sophisticated. And it's the skill of the doctor that can't be assessed by putting an amount.
