5 days back early morning am noticed that bumps on top of tounge its hurting while eating and some itchyness

My tongue one side soften tasteless reddish chicks inside white patches mouth burning when hot and spicy food taken iam smoker and drinks beer

It is not like a boil or blister it is just on the join of leap and gums in mouth.such a great pain, please help me

I'm about to get my braces treatment started, my problem is spaces on the upper front teeth and lower front teeth. I decided to buy braces online, so i want to know what's the difference between 0.018 brackets & 0.022 brackets? Please just clarify my doubt. My complaint is about minor gaps in the front teeth & Please clarify what kind of brackets (0.018 or 0.022) will be good for minor gaps.
