Tooth and Mouth Problems

My toung looks way diffrent from others and is ugly, I have read that tounge shows health problems. Is this true? Is this normal? And when I eat something that is way to spicy ore even candys with a lot of sugar or things with a lot of salt my toung cant handle that. I would like to sent you a photo of my tounge so you can see it, can I sent it?

My teeth had come out since childhood after fallen of milk teeth. How can I overcome on this disorder?

Do you treat guinea pigs and perform teeth trimmings on over grown teeth? My guinea pigs has slightly over grown incisors and might have over grown molars too. I want to get his teeth trimmed, but before that I just want to make sure if the doctor is experienced in handling guinea pigs and their problems.
