Tooth and Mouth Problems

Is taking paracetamol and ibuprofen bad together? As I do take them together on a daily bassis and does scare me so need to know

Severe tooth pain in upper jaw not able to sleep daily I do brush for two times using colgate sensitive tooth paste

About two months ago, the left side of the mouth along the jawline swole up and was sensitive and warm, it went smaller within a week to grape size, it hasn't gone since then, It has stayed the same size and is not painful unless I knock it, it is movable but feels attached to the jaw

I have wide gaps between teeth after scaling and deep cleaning. What can I do now. Is there any solution.
