Tooth and Mouth Problems

I m suffering from osmf grade 2. I have quit tobacco for 2 months and forever. As right now my dentist told me to take multivitamins and i m relying on it. Is there any chances that my problem will progress further. Although i have quit tobacco.

Upper teeth are imposition and towards outside. The upper front 2 teeth are big. I want your suggestions. plz suggest me what I do? Thank you.

Then he realised that one lower incisor is missing congenitally missing teeth. Now he told to either extract 4 tooth and place a artificial tooth using implant or crown or just to file upper tooth n close gap

There is a sudden bump at the end of my right jaw. When I'm touching it, it gives pain. I hardly chew. It started last Tuesday. However, my right jaw was constantly popping and locking before this happened.
