I've speech issue since childhood, I don't speak letter 'k' proper rather it gives sound of 'th' in Hindi version . Is their effective treatment for this. Is root canal or removing the teeth is best for damaged teeth? Getting severe pain during the nights

I noticed that sometimes I have a bad breathe and all the brushing teeth and using mints won't solve the problem.after too much effort I found out that I've got big tonsils and some food get stuck in it everytime I eat sth.I can;t operate and take it out right now but the smell bother me and the poeple around me so is there anyway I can preven it

When i woke up yesterday, i felt pain in my jaw. I couldn't chew anything. I applied volini last night. But i still cant close my jaws completely. I cant even eat anything. Only right side joint(pivot) between jaws is paining.

Met with an accident four years back and had dental surgery but I am bit uncomfortable. Wanted to get this checked and suggestions for future. Can this be found if someone take me to the doctor for testing. Means any surgery done on my own tooth or suggested by doctor. Can we difference between original and surgery tooth. My 34 month old kid is having problem in her teeth she is having an absess on her front left teeth but inspire of giving several antibiotics it didn't suside due to which her teeth has been removed now after a month she again having same problem in another teeth what to do please advice
