Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have been a problem in my teeth for long time in my mouth both left and right side teeth is having problem

Hi, I had a laser filling on my premolar teeth last month, and the filling has come out. It's been 2 weeks. I am outside India, so I can not visit the dentist who did my filling and dentists in Dubai are very expensive. I will be returning to India next month. Is there any way to protect my exposed tooth till then? I only feel pain when something cold or hot touches my tooth, else it is okay. But I am worried the situation may get worse. Please help me what I should do?

Tongue has been sore as if burnt for the past few days, noticed a few white spots underneath the tongue. i've tried using bonjela and swilling my mouth with warm salt water but it's not helped

Tell me about cost .with caping . And timing  all the process and life of caping  successfull or not success fully
