Tooth and Mouth Problems

My dental plaster filling was done 6-7 months ago but before some days that filling came out and that particular tooth is paining very badly.. I can't my dentist again as the clinic is far from my house and also I have my exams.. So for temporary solution which medicine can help me from this tooth ace severe pain.. Please help..

Hello One of my friend has been suffering from tooth and gum pain since 7 days. The pain propagated to the throat. She is unable to eat or chew anything. She has tried some basic remedies like, washing mouth with hot salt water, etc. But no results. What may be the reason? Any check or test needed to be done? Any home remedies to get instant relaxation from pain. ? Thank you.
