Tooth and Mouth Problems

Thick lump in mouth on left chick. I have history of eating tobacco for more than 10 years. My left chick and teeth on the same side is paining since last week after quitting tobacco. Is it due to stopping tobacco or a mouth cancer?

I had done my root can ,by infection doctor suggested for extraction,is any side effects of extraction,like effects on eyes or any ,can I go for extraction
