I am currently undergoing orthodontic treatment and suffering from gingitivitis.
The problem is even after following proper cleaning routine and doing regular saline rinse the swelling is getting more pronounced. What should i do ?

There's separate mouthwash prescribed for orthodontic patients. Also, regular flossing and use of orthodontic toothbrush is highly recommended.
