From the images you have shared you have ceramic braces. Ceramic braces usually take a longer duration than metal braces. They also tend to break easily hence delaying tooth movement and prolonging the treatment. Now that you have had braces for so long it would be best to be patient a little longer and complete the treatment. Whatever gap that you have mentioned will close. It is common to have some pain after tightening is because of the tooth movement. Taking cold foods and application of ice packs can help relieve the pain. The facial profile changes with tooth movement , kindly wait till the end of the treatment to see the end result.
Next Steps
Do not worry, everything looks good so far. Communicate with your orthodontist about your concerns so that they can help you.

Hello sir. Most Orthodontic treatments take an average of 18-24 months. As the treatment is still going on please be patient. As alfar as pain is concerned. Some pain is common for most patients specifically first few days after the orthodontic appointment. It would be better to discuss your doubts openly with your Orthodontist as they can in detail explain what is the treatment planned for you.  Asymmetry takes time to treat. So avoid comparison with other patients.

Hi *I certainly understand your concern,i know you have been a very cooperative patient. *Don't hesitate to speak with your orthodontist and clarify your doubts. *Their aim is the same as you're to make your smile healthy, and make you feel confident that will take time. *Treatment also depends on how your body is responding to treatment . *Facial symmetry will gradually get corrected as your treatment is still going on do not worry about that and eventually spaces will also get closed. *Pain is part of orthodontic treatment for the first few day every month  after treatment,if pain persists for longer duration talk to orthodontist and explain him about how you feel they will definitely help you out. I hope this information meets your needs and expectations.
