Orthodontic Treatment Query
1. How much do they usually cost and which place to go best best and a pocket friendly treatment? 2. Is tooth extraction necessary creating more room for other teeth? Please refer to the attached file for my teeth, so some specific description. 3. How long it might take for them to get in shape, considering I have a mesiodens tooth ? 4. What kind of negative impacts will it have on my jaw and mouth shape, apart from oral health, hygiene and diet?

Hi 1. Yes it is an extra tooth in between central incisors i.e called supernumerary tooth(mesiodens). You have to go for extraction or removal of mesiodens as soon as possible and after that the central incisor which was labially placed might come to it place by itself within 6 -9 months if space is not loss...You have to wait and watch...you have to be on observation....then there is no need of braces or orthodontic treatment. 2. If the space is lost already then on the basis of space analysis we will proceed for further treatment.
