Better to get the procedure done after orthodontic treatment. The cost should vary depending on the severity. 4000-7000 should be the estimated cost.

After ortho is completed get deep scaling done to reduce gum inflammation. Then if gingivectomy is required consult a periodontist. It can cost anywhere between 5000-10000 depending on the doctor’s expertise

Wait till the Orthodontic treatment is over. Then further treatment can be decided. Crown lengthening is not an expensive procedurer so you need not worry.
