Mouth opening problem
My mouth not opening fully I am eating tombocoo from last 10 years please suggest treatment so that my mouth fully open.

Visit an oral surgeon or a dentist to show this properly.
Quit tobacco soon and maintain oral hygiene properly and use mouthwash after brushing twice a day.
Perform some mouth opening exercises that will be mentioned by the dentist in clinic.
