Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have a itchy sore inside my mouth in my inner lip. It does not hurt but it sometimes itches though ive been constantly biting it to relieve the itch. Its been there for almost 2 weeks. Could this be early signs of lip cancer?

I have an overbite... My upper front 4teeths overlaps the lower teeth... Its hereditary...also my front teeth are of bigger size... Should i get braces? I am not comfortable wearing braces? Is there any other alternative? What will that cost?
