Tooth and Mouth Problems

I was having headache frequently along with tooth ache, I thought the jawtooth where RCT done 2 year ago is causing the pain, but after consulting with dentist said very last lower  tooth (may be wisdomtooth) is damaged and will have to extract it , But I don't want to remove my tooth (may be impact my eyesight). Is filling or RCT possible ? What will be good for me ?? I am attaching x-ray and prescription. Please suggest the best treatment.

Hello , I brush two times a day effectively enough. After breakfast and before going to bed. I follow strict hygiene for my mouth, don't eat oily foods too much, have fruits and all. I even floss almost daily. Still I got a bad taste in my mouth though breath is okay. And to add to,it my gum line for the upper 6 and lower 6 front teeth is reddish.

About 2 years back I had undergone my left eye catract surgery. Now I am thinking to go in for implants surgery for my teeth. My question is whether if I go for implant surgery does it effects my vision or effect my retina?
