Age 10 yrs. right grinder after d molar on the upper side is half decayed. Fluctuating pain. Was informed by dentist that it would be replaced with another gradually

Wisdom tooth is sprouting not vertically and is causing immense pain. Cannot eat. Area around the molar region is soft and sensitive.
