Jaw lock sometime and slightpain in head

My jaw feel lock sometimes and slight pain in left side of my head.sometime when I chew little hard thing like supari my jaw become lock and pain.

It seems to me you have temporalis or masitric muscle spasm, this can be because of many reasons most important is mal occlusion or missing posterior teeth. Even impacted 3rd molar. You need to take muscle relaxants.
