Tooth and Mouth Problems

I was diagnosed with fever 3 days ago , i took paracetamol( 3doses) at that time.Fever got cured after 1.5 days however i got a bad mouth ulcer and tonsil, Its been 2 days now and this ulcer is getting acute with the each passing days , i am unable to even move my tongue . Tonsil has started getting down but ulcer is bothering a lot, Please help.

Had braces when I was 15 years old, when braces were removed I got a plate (type of temporary braces to retain position)for upper jaw to put only for some time. Teeth were perfectly fine for many years until 4 years back when a slight gap started occuring in front 2 two teeth so I saw a doctor he said put the plate again for sometime a wire has to be put (on the backside of teeth) for around a year to retain them at same place, however i just used the plate things were fine for sometime even after leaving the usage of plate , now from few months again i can see a increasing gap in front two teeth and front 4 teeth coming out wards. What is the permanent cure?

My top side teeth whose half was broken and some part of the teeth was in gum. Which makes pain for 3 days. So kindly suggest the medicine for this reason

Cavity and at wisdom teeth so need to remove....so what to knw the procedure..,......,.................,..................

I am havin a very bad breath and have a space in one of my tooth. Even after washing my teeth the breath is still bad

My dentist says cavities has been built up on my wisdom teeth. He says due to accessibility issues he would not be able to do the root canal treatment. Instead he says to get it extracted. I want to save this tooth. Please advice.

Lips & tongue is burning while eating,so much pain while eating hot items,since 2 months not eating any mirchi powder included items.

My wisdom teeth is coming out and it is not completely out, it is erupting slowly and there is some infection due to the gum flap,is there anything to worry about it, how long it will take to erupt a wisdom teeth completely?
