I am having severe toothache radiating to head and shoulders and I am not able to have food do my routine work swelling not able to chew not able to drink cold

Have a paracetamol 500mg now if you arent allergic to it. If pain persists you can take oneevery 4 -6 hours.gargle with salt in lukewarm water. Avoid hot, sweet and cold foods. Ice psck on cheek might help. See a dentist tomorrow
