Tooth and Mouth Problems

I ve already undergone orthodontic treatment for frontal tooth protruding.but its not satisfactory.I need a consultation regarding upper jaw surgery

I've been having this problem for about one week but now is getting biger. I have pains when i eat. I think is an infection but now it has gathered pus.

I am an IT professional and my teeth have wide gap between the front two teeth and a little crowded on left side. It's high time to get braces, but I want to know how much care and attention the process would require as my work requires me to work for more than 12hrs a day, and I'm mostly tired after work. I might get free time only on the weekends. I would like to know how should the daily care be and how frequent visits would be required to the dentist? How much time would the process take if it can be estimated based on the info above? Also, I need to be able to present and have a lot of conversations since half my work day goes in meetings. So, what kind of braces would be apt? I am guessing ceramic, so they are not very clearly noticed. Please suggest anything else that would be more suitable.
