Light pain in upper teeths of both side.

Asked for Male, 29 Years

I have met with an accident and mandibular and sub condyl fracture was there. They have done IMF on 15th June and put some rubber in mouth that was restricting to open my mouth. One month back they removed the rubber band and now i am able to open mouth also i m on soft diet.. but sometime i feel pain in upper side teeths of both the side when join my upper and lower teeth. Also having some tinggling sensation(numbness) in left lower lips. Can you suggest me something so that it can be treated well.
