How to do for clean and white teeth? How to maintain this daily basis? Please provide some medicine and ticks.

I got to know that there are 3 types of dental caps. Ceramic, metal porceilin & zircon increasing order in price. I want to know is it really worth it to spend moneys in those caps like it is rated. Like zircon is the most expensive and the best quality. Is it really required to go for the best or is it okay to stick with ceramic or porceilin? What are the disadvantages of those two?
