Tooth and Mouth Problems

I had got braces in 2008 and then got retainers in 2010 I think. Since then I am using retainers in upper jaw. Braces were used to close the gap between front two teeth. Now my retainer got broken . I need a permanent solution to this. Shall I go for frenectomy which has been suggested by one of the dentist's , as it is the reason for the gap. Please suggest suitable solution. Pros and cons as well.

It's about 9 days after surgical extraction, I now have those socket cavity things open lol. But my question is, I wake up with a yellow film over them, I do my rinse as usual and today is my last day on antibiotics. Is that yellow film looking stuff normal over the holes?

Hello doc.. I have been facing with mild - heavy pain in the back tooth from past 1 week.. And have a half grown wisdom tooth.. Am experiencing pain in the cheek part(skin) and the roots.. So i consulted my family doctor and he suggested me to take hifenac-p and quadrogel for instant relief. So could you please let me know weather the pain is due to growing of wisdom tooth or the cheek skin??? Kindly help me out with a proper solution for it. Thank you
