How long should the impression be taken for permanent bridge after the tooth is extracted

I have one top premolar with cap and bottom teeth with a composite filling. some times i feel my teeth are resting properly and some time i feel as a high points . when ever i see the dentist he checks using articulating paper and says every thing is fine . what could be the reason.

My 1 year old daughtwr has little red bumps on her bottom lip and her tounge is also kinda red but just the tip of it

Dr dentist has suggested me to take two teeth out as it is in a bad condition. She numbered 4 and 5 number teeth in lower left side.
