One of my filling broke recently and I have had no pain for three days but last night the tooth started hurting

needs and intra oral x ray of that tooth and further dental treatment sometimes refilling can be done but if there is decay involving the pulp root canal treatment might be needed

Kindly visit Ur dentist so that he cn tak a x-ray of that tooth and suggest u the further treatment methods.u have not specified which tooth it is,bit worryd as u told it's paining,may be doing a root canal treatment can SAV that tooth If there is adequate tooth structure is left behind,let Ur doctor make the final call.
