Tooth and Mouth Problems

My upper Central left teeth is grown upon the right one ..how to correct it and make my teeth straight

I broke my front two upper teeths into half long way back in 2003 when I was in school. After that I had Root Canal done on them. After that in 2009 I got my braces on for one and a half years, and in 2011 I had artificial crowns fitted on my front two broken teeths. Since then the crowns have been working good. Now a few days back, I've been experiencing some pain in one of the crowns. Whenever there's something hard to bite, or the lower teeths, touch the tip of the upper teeth crown, it stings for a few seconds. The tips of the crown are sensitive, but the rest of the crown feels sturdy and painless when held in fingers. Can you guide, with what might be the problem?

I have this problem for 4 years And breathing is bad some times people dont like my breathing

Have a tooth infection and was wondering if I can drink alittle and would it have any bad side effects.

After tooth extraction surgery, the pain is continuous, due to that patient is taking declofenic medicine every 4 hours, 5 times a day, kindly suggest if it's good to continue few more days as suggested by doctor. Doctor is suggesting to take ketorol dt... Please suggest further.

My partially erupted Wisdom Tooth (lower right side) shows an inclined angle in X-Ray. Although it's not causing me any trouble so far, people suggest it's better to get wisdom tooth extracted. What I understand is that it's better to get wisdom tooth extracted when it's roots are small. Right now I am 30 years old, not sure if the roots will continue to grow from now, so if it's better to get the tooth extracted now. But also further eruption of the tooth in later age may ease extraction later?

I want to remove my componeer its a wrong decision i have taken before this i was taking ortho treatment wearing retailer and before i was having metal braces due to brushing gap appears again in this frustration i have taken this decision my mind is not accepting this that i will have fake smile for lifetime i just want to remove it my dentist said .2 maximum is reduced but he drilled 3 times i just want to remove my componeer i am confused what should i do

What would be the possible cost for Root canal ? In my lower right jaw one teeth need to be treated for root canal X ray done...
