Tooth and Mouth Problems

I'm having cavity in my tooth. Whether filling is advisable or root canal? What is the cost for both the treatments?

Wisdom teeth is comin out due to that its paining too much. Any pain relief precaution that should I prefer? Which kind of dentist should I prefer? Or is it normal to have pain for 2-3 days?

I have been having swollen gums in right side upper jaw since four days. Lump sort of is formed in the upper jaw. It's paining much. Unable to open my mouth fully. Feeling feverish due to this.

I keep on getting these cold sores reacquiring and i have tried everything acid top and all these products what can i do to take it away

I'm having a tooth ache since yesterday morning. It was not paining much in the morning but it started paining badly in the evening. I tried Colgate pain out gel, salt and applied ice but it doesn't work.

I want to know whether bridge is better or screw implant. Which one has more life and have less maintenance.

My braces are about to come off & I'm confused which type of retainer I should wear? I was thinking of taking Permanent retainer but I'm scared of teeth shifting. I don't understand if Essix retainer is put for all the teeth to prevent teeth movement then in case of permanent retainer why is permanent retainer put only to the upper & lower front 6 teeth, Wouldn't the rest of the teeth move in case of permanent retainer? Please advise whether I should take permanent or Essix retainer? (Do mention reason)

I'm having this problem so old..... And I wanted to get rid of it..... So suggest anything.... Heavy Bad breath as well as always my tongue is white pale in colour.

I am sending x ray. Root canal is neces..sary or not. Earlier i have pain in one tooth after takin g med my pain went gone and now i have 2 to 3 seconds pain.

I got lips side effect. Now my lips looks bigger and too ugly. I am in depressed. I will be glad if anyone help me out.
