As the generations life style is changing and we are on more refined food stuffs, our jaws are getting smaller and tere won't b sufficient space for one more big teeth to erupt, as the wisdom teeth is the last one to come out,he won't be havg sufficient space,so the teeth may get struck inside causing u pain and difficulties,or can even come out half way and get struck ther..if it's struck ther it's better to get him removed,
Next Steps
consult Ur doctor and get a x-ray done ...he will guide u regardng the best treatment
Wisdom teeth most irritating part of our oral cavity and then can erupt from 18 to 27 yrs of age sometimes even after that ,ut age is 22 now so u have 4-5 yrs more so if the pain and all the trouble u have if it is bearable then u can wait otherwise if its giving u much problem and frequently then u must get them removed, anyway they are useless part of our body just like appendix.
Hello
You need to visit a dentist for a check up because these days wisdom tooth doesn't erupt straight out it's mostly stuck in bone and so show to the doctor and then go ahead
You can take any normal pain killer for time being
