Tiny white dots on inner lips on mouth
Since I was younger I've had small white dots on the upper lip on my mouth , some are so close together it just looks like discoloration on my lips . You can hardly tell until you look up close . There is no pain or discomfort but they have been there for years and never go away ...they make me very insecure

I had wear cap on teeth 4 years back. Now cap is came out from teeth. Dr has suggested to root canal, fibre post and new cap. Cost of these are following-
Root canal- 800, fibre post- 600, cap- 1000.
Can anyone serve less than these cost

Extraction site 1 day post surgery
This is what the extraction site looks 1 day post surgical extraction 2 molars 1 premolar. The 2nd molar site appears red having the clot but the other 2 have a white coating i hope its no infection?? Also can i do a salt water rinse now its 26 hours already.please help. Does the site look normal
