Flap surgery for teeth
I took ortho treatment earlier due to gums bleeding by intersecting upper teeth to lower gums. Treatment is completed but still i am getting bleeding. Later doctor suggested me to take x ray report. After seeing. X ray report, now he suggested to go with flap surgery due to bone loss in gums. I want to how much it costs for surgery and suggest me the best doctor

Flap surgery is advised to clean the areas of gum, which cannot be reached by normal scalers.
Most of the times, full mouth flaps can be avoided by thorough deep scaling (sometimes under local anesthesia).
After two or more sittings of deep subgingival (below the gums) and topical (or oral) antibiotics, case can be reevaluated. Only those areas of infection that persist even after this should be planned for flap surgery.

For doing flaps surgery u shd go for a gum specialist (periodontist) it range from 5-12k varies from locatn to location and CLInic to CLInic..

Hello sir , as the doctor suggested there is bone loss. U could go for flap surgery or opt for laser treatment which lesser invasive. It wont be possible to correct the bone loss to the original level but atleast the damage would be stop n some improvement will be shown.

Hello,
There seems to be considerate amount of bone loss,looking at your OPG.
Flap surgery with laser debridement and bone grafts could cost you 10-12k per quadrant.
