Tooth and Mouth Problems

Hello doctor. Im 30 year old male working as a software engineer. I have a problem in teeth which is the yellowish colour that really affects my confidence level and dents my appearance. Let me explain this to you in detail. Right from my childhood, my teeth are yellowish(not dark yellow) but still, that is something which makes everyone to shoot a question on me whether im a smoker or betel addict. Even though im not.  I'll somehow manage it by answering that its a hereditary problem. Im really embarrassed and that puts me down every time. Im very badly affected in such a way that I hide my teeth during laughing as im ashamed as displaying the yellowish teeth. Is there a permanent solution for this. Please help me out.

I have tmj disorder problem said by my dentist. So as a first treatment they gave me a dental splint to wear 24 /7. How can I chew my foods with wearing this splint? And what can I do additionaly for curing my tmj disorder problem quickly? Please help me. Thanks for your help.

RCT was performed on my upper second last tooth. While removing the pulp, there was some pain. Post RCT, the dentist filled the tooth with something and called again after 4 days. It has been 7 days and due to my work pressure I could not visit the doctor yet. Today after 8 days now, when I tried to slightly tap that tooth with a brush or with my finger nails, i felt a slight sensation. I am worried if there is any infection or inflammation still remaining. Is there something wrong?

Hi i have swollen taste buds at back of tongue from 15-20 days it doesnt pain neither cause any problem but not going away ... Visited 2 doctors both recommended gargles but nothing is healing what could be the reason and which specialost should i concern

Completely decayed molar fragment. Have a slightly painful morely sensitive to touch lump on the gums. Its sore to touch and slightly painful in between. Feels like gum mass itself and appears to have no fluid in. Have attached pic. Visible lump on 2nd molar cavity on the gums. Please help what could it be

Hey! I'm a 23 year old mixed race male. I'm about 72kg and 174cm tall. I went drinking on thursday and when i woke up on friday my tongue felt very sore. Eating and swallowing was very painful and it still is. It is now tuesday and my tongue has been developing a sort of a rash, and it looks a bit light brownish . I think i might have bitten it in my sleep and that is why it is sore, but the rash and color has got me a bit worried. Any advice is much appreciated

I done my route canal last week only crown fitting is left but From last 4days I feel light pressured in root canal place its not pain buts its very diffrent feel than pain and even if I press my chik from outer side same feeling happened again and again. Now I worried my root canal is successful or not .
