I have a sore throat since 2 days and red patch on top of mouth and white patch on the inner cheeks

Give me all the details as its pretty difficult to tell anything without proper clinical look. Warm salt water gargles 4-5 times a day. Visit ur ENT Looks like u have pharyngitis due to sudden climate changes

These can be foci of inflammation as an extension to the Pathology in the throat. Rational opinion cannot be provided without a look at the clinical condition of the affected area. Please post a clinical photograph if possible. It would be better if you consult an ENT specialist for this problem. Regards
