You are suffering from Gum inflammation. Use Cholhex plus mouthwash twice daily for 1 week and your symptom's will decrease. Visit a Dentist to treat your gums effectively.
Your symptoms are indicative of gum inflammation and the most common reason for this is the deposits of Calculus On The Teeth which are not removable by toothbrushing alone. You will require a session of teeth cleaning by the dentist through a procedure called as scaling for proper relief. Post operative maintenance by meticulous brushing as suggested by the dentist will help to maintain the results for a long time. Spaces between the teeth are indicative of poor Gum and bone health and is an extension of gum inflammation to the bone.
So avoid any delay in the treatment for best possible oral health.
