Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am sending my latest x ray. I want to know my first molar wants some kind of treatment or not. If i go for rct both my first and second molar tooth will be dead. Suggest me sth. Doctor suggest to go for rct in second molar toth. But what about first molar.

Pain in rct tooth had ordent and ketrol dt. felt relieved for 5 hrs. now again pain

Hi, I am 29 years old and have been suffering from bad dental hygiene. Even though I take good care of my gums and teeth. I want to inquire, as an adult is it possible for me to get braces at this age and will they have any effect? I have overlapping teeth and a gap (which has caused a lisp) will braces help resolve the same for me at this age?

I want to know which of my tooth is infected. I am sending my latest x ray. Is there any infection in first molar or second molar tooth or in both. Is my last molar in mouth is infected. If i go for rct then it will become dead tooth. And if i lost both of my molar then it will be problematic for me to chew from that side. Please suggest me for which treatment i want to go for. My first molar is in need of some kind of treatment. Is the cavity in my first molar (last molar in my mouth) deep into my pulp. Is there any other solution of this problem. I dont want to loose both of my molar tooth.

Since 2-3 days i have rt jaw pain,since 2 days having difficulty n pain to open mouth n chewing...i don't have cold r sore throat r fever ...pain is progessive n slight tenderness also present
