I checked my teeth i found i am having cavity in one premolar and back side of the teeth in my premolar their is tiny two hole and back side their is black dot is their what options does i have and what can i do to get it treated by myself

You cannot treat the hole you need to show to a dentist and get it filled if it’s not deep and if deep then go for a rct
