I have red and white outgrowth inside cheek and also a white and grey ulcer like thing on the other side which is not healing for almost two weeks. My doctor says it's leukoplakia. He gave 3 medicines - LycoRed, Cyfolac Forte and CEFI XL 200. But I don't know which medicines to take before food and which ones after food.

I've been sick frequently in the last month, with bad colds and nausea.
