Assymetric lower jaw
I had a mandible fracture. Was wired shut for 5 weeks. Came of the elastics. I noticed the side where the break was is assymetrical to the other side, its much higher resulting in bite on that side first. Will grinding the teeth on the side touching first aid in levelness of the lower jaw? Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

You require a corrective jaw surgery in this case since the bone has rejoined in the wrong place.  The term used for such a condition is called malunion.  The surgery will not caise any side effects,  and will lead to correction of the asymmetry.  But a radiograph will be required before making a definitive treatment plan
Next Steps
OPG/ Xray of the jaw
