Tooth and Mouth Problems

I took rct one year ago with teeth colour cap but it get damaged during eating something hard

I.              have         used      tobacco.       the ulcer.    is.     since.     3      months

I have severe toothache due to sensitivity on my molar tooth. I had a filling on it in April. Was good for a few months. Now again it has startd hurting

My tooth in upper right jaw, 3rd from back.last year my dentist advised me to get RCT which I didn't get done. Now he says it has to be extracted. After extraction I will have to go for bridge. My question is can it be done that I get tooth removed and don't go for bridge etc. Will it effect my other teeth ? My age is 56 years. Male.

Hi Doctor, Since two am feeling little pain one of the front tooth, 3 years back it got damaged due to that turned to little blackish color. Now little pain has been started.Have been to doctor , he/she suggested for Root canal and asking to get the cap on it. Just i want not to loose my natural tooth there is no pain or swelling since three years now it is started little pain. could you please suggest is there any other way to refrain from RCT.
