Due to TMJ problem , mouth does not open fully , therefore doctor is not able to put cap on last molars . Pls advise.

Capping is essential only after a root canal procedure but can be placed as an option in other conditions. If your dentist could perform a root canal treatment successfully then capping shouldn't be difficult. If capping is recommended for other reasons then you can have a good filling done instead which would serve a similar purpose for you.
