Tooth and Mouth Problems

I am from Mumbai, Ghatkopar need dentist to attend near ghatkopar for implants

Having a sensation of burning in the throat. Dont really have anything visible. On the two sides of the tonsil there is a small zone of reddening with some very small white spots. The spots occasionally appear and then disappear also. This has been persistent for more than a month. I have taken Azithromycin 500 mg per day for 5 days but hasn't been working it seems. The burning sensation also increases with spicy food. Gargling with iodine solution for almost a month is also not helping.

I've been suffering from stomatitis for the past 3days . please suggest me a oinment or gel for it
