Tooth and Mouth Problems

I have extremely dry and chapped lips since one month, incurable by glycerine, oil, butter, Vaseline or any lip balm. I don't lick my lips, nor do I smoke. My water intake is adequate. My lips are causing inflammation, they are lred and swollen and bleed through cracks. The effect is more pronounced in the corner of my lips.

The patient got second time temperory filling done in the wisdom tooth place which was extracted few years back. But the filling caused unbearable pain. So got it removed next morning. Now again that tooth is paining too much. Have already taken SN and vovron sr 100mg painkillers. What to do next?

It has been 45 DAYS since my lower left wisdom tooth extraction but my left half of tongue is still numb with burning sensation, and feels heavy and swollen (no visible swelling, though) all the time. Due to this problem on left portion of tongue I speak with slight lisp. And this is killing me. I can't focus on anything for like 5 minutes.
